Hard Candy Top Ten Eyeshadow Palette - Smoke Out

Here is a tutorial using the Hard Candy Top Ten eyeshadow palette in "Smoke Out".    These are great eyeshadow palette for those of you on a budget.  You get a total of 10 eyeshadows in one palette and the pigmentation is pretty good for $6.

LORAC Pro Palette Tutorial: Fall Look
